The aims and objectives of education at SACRED HEART SCHOOL are inspired by the VISION drawn from the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. It is also based on the life and writings of St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the founder of CMI Congregation. Being a CMI education institution, SACRED HEART SCHOOL aims at preparing children who are intellectually competent, spiritually oriented morally upright, psychologically integrated, physically healthy, socially mature, emotionally balanced and noble in behaviour, and who will champion the cause of justice, love, truth and peace and are ever open to further growth. Sacred Heart School emblem features a heart shaped shield of its heraldic source and vision. The diptych shield represented in blue and red symbolises its wings/lungs of foundation and growth. One panel of the diptych features the morning sun and the other a growing corn of wheat in a field of various waves/lahar. Above the shield, three stars represent the Christian ideals of love, faith and hope. The symbol of an open book at the base signifies the root environment of education. Flanking the unit is a gradient wreath representing victory and excellence. “Carry Knowledge, Embrace Adventure.”
